Now that we almost-purchased a new house, it’s time to sell Dave’s house. Looking back, we probably should have started this process a little sooner than now, but oh well. First thing’s first – we need to start with the outside. After two trips – one to Home Depot and the other to Lowe’s, we finally got all of the needed equipment – mulch, brick, shovels, brooms, hose.

We weeded, pruned, raked and added mulch. We also got new brick fence – things. Much prettier! Dave also took a shot at fixing the screen door:
